Binary Domain Problem

 

Problem 1: Configuration file not found

After installation i run the the game and this comes up - "Configuration file not found. Please run the configuration tool", i run the configuration file, and after i click to save settings the - error because of access denied to .savedata or something?

Solution: 

Try to run configuration tool as administrator

Problem 2 : Can't save game

Game doesn't seem to save, even after passing check point.

Solution:

Run the game as administrator. (Run .exe as adminstrator)

Problem 3: Weird Controls

Can't switch the side arms. Mouse sensitivity is too much.

Solution:

Check out the controls by running the configuration tool. Don't forget to run it as admin, if not the settings won't save. For the side arms issue, two of the weapons are assigned to '2'. Assign one of them to the vacant '3'. You can also try to update your game, where it'll give you a better default settings.

Football Manager on iPhone

Called "Football Manager Handheld 2010", this is one more reason why people will buy the iPhone/iTouch/iPad. This is also why competitors are struggling to come out with anything to compete with the iPhone/iTouch/iPad. Look at how quite it is at the mp3 market, with little news from music player makers like Samsung, Creative or iRiver.

Football Manager, Sega's famous sports strategy sim that's renowned across Europe for being so addictive it destroys marriages, is now available on the iPhone.

Meaning that budding chairmen can now set strategies, trade players and pull their hair out while on the road, and not just in front of their PC. That'll make the missus happy.

Football Manager Handheld 2010, as this version is called, retains most of the features and depth of its desktop big brother, with over 20,000 real players and 34 leagues to choose from.

It's not the sexiest game on the iPhone, but as far as sports sims go it certainly looks to be the most comprehensive on the platform. That depth comes at a price, however, the game tagged at $10 in the US, £7 in the UK, €10 in Europe and $15 in Australia.

According to this article, EA is going to improve the free-to-play Fifa Online to the new Fifa 10 engine. Seriously can't wait for it to come. The current Fifa Online 2 in Asia is really dated and kinky. A newer concept of Fifa Online will surely revive the series.

5) Need for Speed Carbon

There aren't many racing game on the Mac, so this game is great addition to your Mac. With a theme of street racing and turf, be prepared to race down the night streets and canyon. This game involve alot of drifting, so be prepared to have a steep learning curve when you are playing. But other than that, a great racing game for the Mac!

Trophy Manager, a free online soccer managerment game!

I have tried before two online soccer management program, Hattrick and Managerzone. I don't really like Hattrick, even though it is quite a popular online management soccer game with a long history. Managerzone was really cool, as you can really watch the match in 3D. It was really a great experience, and I climbed up the division of my country's league. Unfortunately, I was banned for a wrong reason. Subsequent email to the admin was useless. I lost interest in the whole online soccer managment thingy for quite a while.

Well recently I was playing the Official Fantasy Premier League with my friends, and I found the urge to play online soccer management again! I surf around the internet, and there are quite alot of options.  I found TrophyManager and like it immediately. The interface is very polish and FM-lish, unlike many of its competitors. I have only just started on the game, but so far, I highly recommend it. There is a good pool of Singapore players too, so you will feel at home immediately.

W3K, another 3 Kingdom MMORPG!

Apart from Red Cliff, we now have another 3 Kingdom MMORPG, Warriors of the 3 Kingdom! The graphic certainly looks more polish and well-done than Red Cliff. Looking at reviews, this game looks pretty good with positive reviews for the Taiwan and China version of the game. Close Beta begins on 27 October 2009. I hope they have more promotional campaign like Red Cliff, but it is still quite early since they are still in Alpha stage.

FFXIII CGI Characters awesome!

Really, Final Fantasy has the best CGI character. Their features are very unique, sort of a mix between east and west. Lightning is absolutely fantastic. Every expression she makes sort of tell you what kind of character she is. All that just from watching the trailer alone! Just looking at her makes me want to buy the game lol. Her sister, Serah Farron, makes me feel like buying a ps3 now woot. So cuteee!! I read from here that Lightning is sorta a female version of Cloud. Very cool indeed, although her weapon will never be as cool as Cloud's.

Based on the trailer, the in-game graphics actually looks like a cgi movie. Hopefully that is true for the game. I doubt it will be like WoW, where the cgi movie is so different from the actual gameplay.
